Yes, we ship our sports and fitness equipment worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
What is your return policy for gym apparel and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached to apparel to qualify for a full refund.
Are your weight plates and bars covered under warranty?
Absolutely. All Torque Fitness hardware comes with a limited lifetime warranty against structural defects, ensuring your home or commercial gym stays safe and functional.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has reached our warehouse for fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
