At Torque Fitness, we stand behind the durability of our equipment and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
